Yes, a handheld transmitter is included with a class 2 and 3 alarm. This is an obligation from SCM.
Yes, this can be done with a Class 4 and 5 system. This does require a subscription with Moving Intelligence.
If the insurance requires a vehicle tracking system or tracking transmitter, a subscription must be taken out with connection to the monitoring station. If the alarm system is not required by insurance, a subscription can be taken out without the monitoring station to track the car itself.
The battery of a sounding transmitter lasts at least 5 years
When an alarm is installed, the certificate is valid for 3 years. When re-inspected, the certificate is valid for 1 year.
This depends on the insurance and car. It is best to check with the insurance company.
For a class 1 or 2 installation, we schedule the car for one full day. For a class 3, 4 or 5 we schedule the car for two days. We do this to guarantee the quality of the installation.
Car audio
If the materials are suitable for the car, this can be done. In this case, there is no warranty on the products. Only on the work. Because we always do extensive research on the quality of our brands, these are therefore preferred.
Transport
Yes it is insured by us. With every transport we ask the value of the car to insure it properly.
Yes, we arrange international transportation. Both inside and outside of Europe.
Window tinting
You need to keep the windows closed for one week after the blind to allow the film to dry properly and the adhesive layer to adhere well to the window. After that, you can just open them as usual.
Yes, the film is applied on the inside. So this is not a problem.
The same applies to this as to opening the windows. At least 1 week should be waited before cleaning the windows on the inside.
There are films that have all these qualities, but this is not true of every film.
You may blind the front windows up to 55%. The rear side windows and the rear window may have lower light transmission if the car has an outside mirror on the left and right. However, we do not provide the service window tinting.
Yes. If it were not, the film would scratch even when the windows were opened. The top layer of the film is extremely hard, scratch-resistant and long-lasting.

Car detailing
A 'exterior maintenance detail' is a semi-annual or annual (depending on mileage) service of your car, where it is completely taken care of in every detail to keep it in like-new condition.
The highly complex hybrid blend of Sio2 infused epoxy nanoparticles provides a highly protective coating. The result is an extremely glossy, durable and thick coating (up to 3 microns) for years of protection. CQuartz Finest Reserve can only be applied by CQuartz Certified Installers. The Netherlands currently has a select group of CQuartz Certified Installers, including Adaptive Automotive.
Xpel paint protection film (PPF)
The Ultimate Plus series provides a warranty of more than 10 years. This warranty includes; discoloration, staining, loosening, chipping, peeling, blistering, and more.
The top layer is a self-healing layer. A scratch up to 13 microns deep can heal by itself. After this 13th layer, the film will no longer heal.
Brake calipers powder coated
Powder coating is much thicker and stronger than a regular spray coating.
Yes, we always bleed brakes after fitting calipers.
We can powder coat calipers in all RAL colors. If you prefer a special color, please contact us.
Lower the car
With lowering springs you can lower about 2 to 3 cm.
Yes, we always provide proper car alignment after lowering.
Yes, it will be retained. Good adjustment is important for maintaining comfort. This is what we take care of.
Exhaust systems
This varies by brand and dealer. It is always advisable to check with the dealer.
Usually a catback exhaust system is not a problem. But changing the downpipe does often have consequences regarding the warranty.
Some exhaust brands have a cat simulator which ensures that no error message appears. However, this can never be ruled out. Should an error message appear when installing a downpipe, it can be written away by software.
This depends on each country. In the Netherlands, you are allowed to modify the exhaust as long as it has an original catalytic converter or 200 cell sport cat.
As for other countries, we cannot comment on this. Rules will be different here.
Rims and tires
Yes, this is possible. Price is € 270/rim incl. VAT.
We only offer powder coating of rims. This can be done in the desired color. Price for this is € 726 incl. VAT and €96,80 incl. VAT for dis- and assembly, incl. balancing.
There are several ways to do this. For example, we can look at new rims. If this does not fit the budget or if the desired width is not available, we can always look at spacers.
This depends on your chosen brand and type of rim.
These can be recycled by Adaptive. The cost for this is €2.50 excl. VAT/tape.
Less than 1.6mm is not allowed. However, Adaptive Automotive recommends replacing at 3mm.

This provides a protective layer over the film so you can enjoy the color longer. Also, this is easier to maintain and protects against light scratches. If you choose a matte film, we definitely recommend this.
Yes. Carbon and full color films are often more expensive than standard films.
Chiptuning
In theory, yes. In practice, the driving style often changes after chipping so it is often not more economical in practice. So you only drive more economically if you do not adjust your driving style.
There is 2 years on our software. It is also possible to purchase warranty on engine/car parts. This can be done through our partner Multipart Warranty.
Yes. The factory warranty expires after chiptuning.
Yes, you can. If you later decide you want to reverse the tuning, we will do it for €50 bw incl.
This cannot be said in advance and varies from dealer to dealer. Should this happen, we will reset the soft for €50 ex VAT.
Yes, even when the original software is restored, it can be seen that the software was once modified.
This depends on the condition of the car and the mileage. We use a maximum mileage of 150,000 for gasoline and 200,000 for a diesel.
This is possible. This requires a de-catted downpipe. The price for adjusting pops 'n bangs is € 217,8 incl. VAT (excluding the downpipe, which depends on the brand).
This is possible, however, the power gain will be minimal. But the exact power gain varies per make and model of car, and we usually advise against it because of the price/quality ratio. For an indication of the power gain, you can always contact us.
