Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. These items include:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
