Darwinpro carbon fiber material options

Darwinpro is known worldwide for their variations in carbon kits, from a subtle front lip spoiler to extreme wide body kits with a large GT wing. These parts are available for various exclusive car brands such as: BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Nissan, Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Tesla, etc.

The Darwinpro parts are available in a variety of finishes from basic FRP to full carbon, below we go into that in more detail which finishes are available.

FRP: is unprimed, unpainted version of our product. It is intented to have the entirety of the item painted after a pre-fitting of the product, with sanding and prep work before it is getting painted.

PCF: is unprimed, unpainted version of our product with accentuated parts, such as front bumper lips, canards, side skirts, top wing spoilers, rear bumper diffusers, valances and other misc “addons” of a products in carbon fiber. It is intended to have the unpainted portion painted.

CFRP:  is clear coated, uv lacquered version of our product with the entirety of the exterior in carbon fiber with the underside of the part in black fiberglass finish. It is intended to direct bolt on these products without any additional paint work.

DCFRP: is clear coated, uv lacquered version of our product with the entirety of the exterior and interior in carbon fiber. It is intended to direct bolt on these parts without any additional paint work.

FGPCFRP: is the unprimed, unpainted version of our product with accentuated parts, such as front bumper lips, canards, side skirts, top wing spoilers, rear bumper diffusers, valances and other misc “addons” of a products in forged carbon fiber. It is intended to have the unpainted portion painted.

FGCFRP: is clear coated, uv lacquered version of our product with the entirety of the exterior and interior in forged carbon fiber with the underside of the part in black finish. It is intended to direct bolt on these parts without any additional paint work.

_{DRYFGCF: is our highest end offering, there is no fiberglass base in these parts and the weight reduction is around 40% lower than CFRP variants with its structure composed entirely of carbon fiber. It is intended to direct bolt on these products without any additional paint work.}
